At the panoramic restaurant on the Kristberg in the Montafon conscious indulgence starts already in the morning and climaxes with an indulgence dinner in the cosy atmosphere of our Kristberg restaurant.

This recommendation is more relevant than ever. But it is quite hard to take this quote to heart as Hippocrates was surely not talking about today's industrialised food. Despite all, we still try to keep our cuisine as organic and healthy as possible and, for example, only cook with the HUNZA Himalaya crystal salt.

Delicious regional specialities from Vorarlberg - In the Panoramagasthof on the magnificent Kristberg, we serve you only high-quality dishes with natural basic products. We cook with HUNZA crystal salt and the water is also of high quality and has been energised using AMANDA water revitalisation.
A healthy start to your day
Most of our guests enjoy our breakfast between 7:30 am and 10:00 am. If you plan a longer tour and want to have your breakfast earlier, just tell us the evening before and we will prepare everything for you.
Tuck in at the rich breakfast buffet with no regrets whatsoever. We offer a great vitality selection of fruits, muesli, fresh dairy products and bread, egg variations as well as fruit juices, coffee and tea.
Indulgence dinner - experience the taste of Vorarlberg cuisine
Eric, Martin, Veselin, Luanit, Ružica, Biljana & Bibash prepare a fine multi-course evening menu for all our guests who booked half-board. We start your indulgence meal between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
For the main course choose between the vegetarian or the meaty delicacies. On request, we also serve smaller and of course also bigger portions. Just tell our service team your wishes.
If you suffer from any intolerances or allergies please tell us so that our cuisine team can adjust your indulgent meals.
Things to know
- Special cuisine on request: diet cuisine, gluten-free and lactose-free, diabetic, food combining, vegetarian, …
- Recreational period: in order to enjoy perfect “recreation” and blissful sleep, our restaurant closes at 11:30 pm. THANK YOU for your understanding and your contribution.
- Smoking: all our premises and rooms at the Kristberg Panoramagasthof are non-smoking areas.
- Drinks & other consumption: We offer you the opportunity to charge all drinks and other orders to your room. In order to keep the bill transparent at all times, we will daily print your current bill and put it on your breakfast table the next morning.
Opening hours of the a la carte restaurant
We have opened our restaurant for a la carte guests from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., as we are only accessible via the Montafon Kristbergbahn (last descent is at 6:20 p.m.) or on foot. In the evening we cook exclusively for our house guests.
